
Generally, people do not like change. My character customization layout gives them a similar user interface experience to EQ and WoW. This will give the user a familiar environment and with repeated use, will increase user satisfaction toward the game. Less is more – less education for how to interact with the user interface will increase satisfaction in the user gameplay experience. You want to avoid any interference with active game play.

Depending on the company target player base, for general players, limit the number of character customizations. For hardcore gamers, we can increase the number of customizations.

In my design, users can select both the realm and which characters they want to play using the buttons on the left. Items that can be purchase through real-life currency could be sold at the login screen (account level)and make them available to be assigned to any character via on the account holder’s login page .
